Beide Werke befinden sich an f\u00fcr die Automobilindustrie strategisch wichtigen Standorten mit OEM Produktionsst\u00e4tten im Umkreis von 300 Kilometern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Coilanlage ist f\u00fcr Stahl- und Aluminiumband mit einer Breite von 200 mm bis 1.540 mm und einer Dicke von 0,5 bis 5 mm ausgelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Der gem\u00e4\u00df Kundenwunsch in die Anlage integrierte Lader ist in diesem konkreten Fall mit 2 Ladewagen mit einer Tragf\u00e4higkeit von je f\u00fcnf Tonnen ausgestattet. Durch den vollautomatischen Wechsel arbeitet die Produktionsanlage kontinuierlich. Die Blechtafeln werden von einer Saugerspinne am Feeder angesaugt. Der Feeder bzw. Ladearm verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber die Bewegungsrichtungen Heben, Senken, Vorschub und R\u00fcckw\u00e4rts und kann bis zu 23 Teile pro Minute zuf\u00fchren. Durch die M\u00f6glichkeit, ein oder zwei Bleche neben- oder hintereinander zuzuf\u00fchren, k\u00f6nnen auch symmetrische Werkst\u00fccke gefertigt werden oder es wird eine Verdoppelung der Ausbringung pro Hub erzielt.<\/p>\n<h3>Die Umformung der Teile erfolgt in leistungsstarken Transfer Servopressen mit einer Presskraft von 1.600 bzw. 1.100 Tonnen.<\/h3>\n<p>Die Pressen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber 3 bzw. 4 SIEMENS Servomotoren mit einer Leistung von je 380 kW, sowie \u00fcber einen 630 kW Motor als Energiezwischenspeicher. Dieses Konzept erlaubt eine verringerte Anschlussleistung und die Kompensierung von Verbrauchsspitzen w\u00e4hrend der energiefressenden Zyklusphasen.
