\n JEC World 2017 ist die größte internationale Fachmesse der Verbundwerkstoffindustrie. Sie bietet einen Überblick über die komplette Verbundwerkstoff-Wertschöpfungskette, vom Rohmaterial über die Verarbeitung bis hin zu den Endprodukten.<\/p>\n

\n Das Team “Composites” von Fagor Arrasate<\/strong><\/a>, bestehend aus hochqualifizierten Ingenieuren, stellte neueste Entwicklungen auf dem Gebiet der Verbundwerkstoffe vor wie das Hot Drape Forming für die Luft- und Raumfahrt oder die HCL Pressen für die Automobilindustrie; ebenso integrale Lösungen zur Gewichtsreduktion an Fahrzeugen für mehr Autonomie und umfangreiche Entwicklungspläne des Sektors Luftfahrt, in dem Fagor Arrasate seine Präsenz mittelfristig stärken will.<\/p>\n

\n Zum ersten Mal gezeigt wurden auf dieser Messe folgende Spitzenprodukte und Dienstleistungen<\/a>:
\n • Konzeption vollautomatischer Umformanlagen für SMC und GMT.
\n SMC. Sheet Moulding Compound: Schlüsselfertige Produktionsanlagen mit hochmoderner Prozesssteuerung und verbesserter Produktivität, ausgestattet beispielsweise mit aktiver Parallelitätsregelung in der Presse. Mit diesen Systemen werden hochwertige Teile gefertigt mit der Möglichkeit des IMC (In Mould Coating).<\/p>\n

\n GMT. Glasmattenverstärkter Thermoplast: Anlagen, für die wir eigene Automatisierungssysteme konzipieren mit Nadelgreifern und Robotern vom Typ „Pick and Place“, die für rasches Aufnehmen und Ablegen optimiert sind und an jede beliebige Fertigungsanlage individuell angepasst werden können.<\/p>\n

\n • Endlosfaser-Verfahren, Varianten des RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) wie das High Pressure RTM oder CRTM für Strukturteile.
\n • Konstruktion einer HCL-Presse, der effizientesten Lösung für das Umformen von Verbundwerkstoffen.
\n • Preform-Anlagen für Endlosfasern
\n • Hot Drape Forming zur Herstellung von Prepregs für die Luft- und Raumfahrt.
\n Das Team „Composites“ von Fagor Arrasate, ein proaktives Team<\/p>\n

\n Der Unternehmungsgeist dieser Abteilung reicht jedoch weiter über die Teilnahme an der JEC World 2017 hinaus. In den letzten sechs Monaten nahm das Team an verschiedensten Konferenzen und renommierten internationalen Messen teil, wie:<\/p>\n

\n • Automotive Composites Conference & Exhibition, ACCE <\/strong><\/em>in Novi (Italien), organisiert vom Europäischen Verband für Kunststofftechnik SPE, der seine primäre Aufgabe darin sieht, den Einsatz von thermostabilen Verbundwerkstoffen und Thermoplasten bei der Fertigung von Pkw und Leicht-Lkw zu fördern. Die hohe Zahl an Ausstellern spiegelt die Bedeutung dieser Verbundmaterialien im Bereich Automotive, sowie den Aufwärtstrend in ganz Europa wieder. GENERAL MOTORS und andere US-amerikanische Tier 1 zeigten großes Interesse an diesem Ereignis, bei dem FAGOR ARRASATE ein vergleichendes Projekt dreier Varianten des Harz-Injektionsverfahrens für die Großserien-Fertigung von Automobildächern präsentierte: Klassisches RTM, HP-RTM und CRTM.<\/p>\n

\n • Fachtagung INSIGHT EDITION@BMW 2016 <\/strong><\/em>Deutschland, organisiert vom Automotive Circle und abgehalten in Straubing (Deutschland), einschließlich einer Besichtigung des BMW Werks Dingolfing. In Anwesenheit von 17 OEM erläuterte FAGOR ARRASATE ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt mit der Universität von Mondragón zur Gewichtseinsparung an Fahrzeugen.<\/p>\n

\n • Fachmesse Composites Europe 2016<\/strong><\/em>, die in Düsseldorf Ende November abgehalten wurde. Feedback erhielten wir durch unzählige Besuche aktiver und potentieller Kunden.
