In diesem Zeitraum wurden drei neue Multimaterial-Komponenten hergestellt und validiert: zwei Komponenten f\u00fcr den Automobilsektor sowie eine Komponente f\u00fcr den Luftfahrtsektor.<\/p>\n<p>Diese neuen Komponenten erm\u00f6glichen im Vergleich zu den urspr\u00fcnglichen konventionellen Bauteilen eine erhebliche Gewichtsreduzierung. Dabei wurden Gewichtsreduktionswerte zwischen 32 % und 45 % erzielt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-556711793 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Demostradores-COMIC-TRL5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Demostradores-COMIC-TRL5.png 799w, https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Demostradores-COMIC-TRL5-300x133.png 300w, https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Demostradores-COMIC-TRL5-768x340.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus weisen die neuen Komponenten in allen drei Anwendungsf\u00e4llen insgesamt verbesserte mechanische Eigenschaften auf.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich wurden die Kosten und der CO\u2082-Fu\u00dfabdruck der neuen Demonstratoren analysiert.<\/p>\n<p>Im Einzelnen lassen sich aus diesem letzten Projektjahr folgende wesentliche Schlussfolgerungen ziehen:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACT1 \u2013 Keimstadium eines Datenraums f\u00fcr multimateriale Fertigungswertsch\u00f6pfungsketten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es wurde nachgewiesen, dass die definierte Architektur geeignet ist, flexible Fertigungsszenarien zu unterst\u00fctzen, indem sie die gemeinsame Nutzung von Daten aus unterschiedlichen Prozessen erm\u00f6glicht und die Grundlage f\u00fcr fortgeschrittene Analyse-, Simulations- und Entscheidungsunterst\u00fctzungsfunktionen in sp\u00e4teren Projektphasen schafft.<\/li>\n<li>Die Lokalisierung, das Verst\u00e4ndnis und die Wiederverwendung von Daten, die von verschiedenen Digitalen Zwillingen erzeugt werden, wurden sichergestellt. Dadurch wird die f\u00fcr industrielle Systeme typische Fragmentierung \u00fcberwunden und die gemeinsame Nutzung der Daten in Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Optimierungsszenarien erleichtert, mit dem Ziel, pr\u00e4diktive und pr\u00e4skriptive Digitale Zwillinge zu entwickeln, im Einklang mit den Projektzielen und den Prinzipien von Industrie 4.0.<\/li>\n<li>Die Systemkomponenten (FIWARE, Keyrock, Wilma, IoT Agents, OpenMetadata, OPC UA\/MQTT-Protokolle) wurden validiert und es wurde best\u00e4tigt, dass sie sicher, interoperabel und gem\u00e4\u00df den in den verschiedenen Anwendungsf\u00e4llen definierten Anforderungen funktionieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACT2 \u2013 Neue Konzepte f\u00fcr Multimaterial-Komponenten<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die spezifischen Modelle der Multimaterial-Verbindung aus UC3 wurden validiert, um in die zuvor entwickelten Modelle integriert zu werden und das Gesamtsystem analysieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<li>Die neuen Designkonzepte der TRL4-Multimaterial-Komponenten wurden validiert und in nachfolgenden Aktivit\u00e4ten gefertigt und getestet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACT3 \u2013 Neue hochflexible Prozesse f\u00fcr die Multimaterialfertigung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Herstellung der Komponenten wurde durch Simulationsaufgaben unterst\u00fctzt.<\/li>\n<li>Die zuvor definierten Fertigungsprozesse zur Herstellung der neuen Komponenten in allen drei Anwendungsf\u00e4llen wurden in einer Laborumgebung (TRL4) validiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACT4 \u2013 Digitale Strategien f\u00fcr flexible und fehlerfreie Fertigung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Digitale Zwillinge der verschiedenen Produktionsprozesse wurden entwickelt, wobei Datenfl\u00fcsse und Technologien f\u00fcr deren Implementierung definiert und implementierungsrelevante Aspekte weiter pr\u00e4zisiert wurden. Das Gesamtsystem wurde als funktionales Testbed erprobt und demonstrierte den Datenfluss von realen physischen Ger\u00e4ten zu konsumierenden Anwendungen wie Dashboards, analytischen Modulen und Digital-Twin-Services.<\/li>\n<li>F\u00fcr die Bauteile der drei Anwendungsf\u00e4lle wurden Fertigungsformen entwickelt. Diese Formen enthalten integrierte Sensorik, die die Erfassung relevanter Prozessinformationen erm\u00f6glicht, um die Optimierungszeiten zu minimieren.<\/li>\n<li>Oberfl\u00e4chen- und volumetrische ZfP-Qualit\u00e4tskontrolltechniken (NDT) wurden in allen drei Anwendungsf\u00e4llen erfolgreich entwickelt und angewendet.<\/li>\n<li>K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz wurde in einigen Qualit\u00e4tskontrollprozessen erfolgreich eingesetzt (UC1).<\/li>\n<li>Ein industrielles Plug-&amp;-Play-Funk-Sensornetzwerk wurde konzipiert, implementiert und erfolgreich in einer Laborumgebung validiert. Es ist auf die schnelle und nicht-invasive Digitalisierung von Produktionslinien ausgerichtet und hat seine F\u00e4higkeit bewiesen, reale Produktionslinien flexibel, skalierbar und kosteneffizient zu digitalisieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACT5 \u2013 Validierung der flexiblen und rekonfigurierbaren Fertigung neuer Multimaterial-Komponenten \u2013 TRL5<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Demonstratoren wurden in einer TRL5-Umgebung validiert und zeigten sowohl unter statischen als auch unter dynamischen Bedingungen ein gutes mechanisches Verhalten.<\/li>\n<li>Der Einfluss der Herstellung der neuen Demonstratoren wurde analysiert, einschlie\u00dflich ihres Gewichts, der mit der Fertigung verbundenen CO\u2082-Emissionen sowie der Kosten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FAGOR ARRASATE beteiligt sich an diesem Projekt zusammen mit DGH ROBOTICA, AUTOMATIZACION Y MANTENIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL, S.A., AUTOTECH ENGINEERING, S.L., SOFITEC AERO, S.L., INESPASA, ENDITY und MANAGING COMPOSITES, S.L.
