Como es sabido la tecnolog&iacute;a press-hardening permite fabricar piezas de acero para autom&oacute;vil de mucha m&aacute;s alta resistencia de modo que pueden reducirse los espesores y el peso de la carrocer&iacute;a con el consiguiente menor consumo de combustible. Una instalaci&oacute;n de press-hardening consta de horno de calentamiento, cargador de formatos, prensa hidr&aacute;ulica, troquel de temple especial y robots de manipulaci&oacute;n. Nuestra ingenier&iacute;a concibe el sistema global llave en mano.<\/p>\n<p>En este caso, la prensa hidr&aacute;ulica tiene una capacidad de 10.000 KN y unas dimensiones de mesa de 3000 x 2200 mm. Dispone tambi&eacute;n de un coj&iacute;n hidr&aacute;ulico de 1000 KN en la base para poder fabricar piezas a&uacute;n m&aacute;s complicadas. Para el cambio r&aacute;pido de troqueles, incorpora dos mesa m&oacute;viles con movimiento en T.
