{"id":556670363,"date":"2016-03-17T11:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-03-17T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/fagor\/fagor-arrasate-y-koniker-participan-en-la-segunda-reunion-del-proyecto-europeo-mantis\/"},"modified":"2016-03-17T11:00:00","modified_gmt":"2016-03-17T10:00:00","slug":"fagor-arrasate-y-koniker-participan-en-la-segunda-reunion-del-proyecto-europeo-mantis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/es\/general\/fagor-arrasate-y-koniker-participan-en-la-segunda-reunion-del-proyecto-europeo-mantis\/","title":{"rendered":"FAGOR ARRASATE y KONIKER participan en la segunda reuni\u00f3n del proyecto europeo MANTIS."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n <em>Es un proyecto europeo de tres a&ntilde;os de duraci&oacute;n, financiado por el programa ECSEL-JU de la Uni&oacute;n Europea que cuenta con un presupuesto de 30 Millones de eurosEl proyecto est&aacute; liderado por la Escuela Polit&eacute;cnica Superior de Mondragon Unibertsitatea y participan 47 socios europeos de 12 paises, entre los que figuran FAGOR ARRASATE, KONIKER e IK4-Ikerlan entre otros.<\/em><\/p>\n<p> Los pasados 22,23 y 24 de Febrero se celebr&oacute; en Lisboa, Portugal, la segunda reuni&oacute;n del <u><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mantis-project.eu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">proyecto europeo MANTIS <\/a><\/strong><\/u>; un proyecto ambicioso del &aacute;mbito de la Industria 4.0, donde el objetivo es <strong>dise&ntilde;ar y desarrollar una plataforma de servicios de mantenimiento industrial en la nube, donde sensores o sistemas embebidos monitoricen procesos, y que sistemas inteligentes permitan ayudar en la toma de decisiones estimando el rendimiento futuro, prediciendo y previniendo fallos inminentes <\/strong>y que permitir&aacute; programar el mantenimiento de forma proactiva con la consecuente reducci&oacute;n de costes y mejor aprovechamiento de materiales. Los resultados del proyecto ser&aacute;n validados en cuatro escenarios: mantenimiento de activos de producci&oacute;n, gesti&oacute;n de veh&iacute;culos, producci&oacute;n de energ&iacute;a y mantenimiento de equipos en el &aacute;mbito de la salud.<\/p>\n<p> FAGOR ARRASATE y KONIKER participan en el primero de los cuatro escenarios relacionado con el<strong> mantenimiento de los sistemas de estampaci&oacute;n<\/strong>. Con el apoyo de varios centros que participan en el proyecto, FAGOR ARRASATE incorporara tecnolog&iacute;a punta en los componentes m&aacute;s cr&iacute;ticos para mejorar la robustez y funcionalidad de estos con el fin de facilitar las actividades de mantenimiento proactivo y predictivo.&nbsp; El objetivo final consiste en <strong>aumentar la fiabilidad de las prensas y sus componentes con el fin de reducir dr&aacute;sticamente los altos costes ocasionados por paradas de producci&oacute;n y las operaciones de mantenimiento de reparaci&oacute;n necesarias<\/strong>.
