{"id":556711817,"date":"2026-02-02T08:20:03","date_gmt":"2026-02-02T07:20:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/general-es\/the-comic-project-concludes-successfully-by-validating-three-new-lighter-and-more-sustainable-multi-material-components\/"},"modified":"2026-02-02T08:46:56","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T07:46:56","slug":"the-comic-project-concludes-successfully-by-validating-three-new-lighter-and-more-sustainable-multi-material-components","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/es\/general-es\/the-comic-project-concludes-successfully-by-validating-three-new-lighter-and-more-sustainable-multi-material-components\/","title":{"rendered":"El proyecto COMIC culmina con \u00e9xito validando tres nuevos componentes multimaterial m\u00e1s ligeros y sostenibles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.proyectocomic.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">proyecto COMIC<\/a> ha finalizado con \u00e9xito en su cuarta y \u00faltima anualidad, en la que se han fabricado y validado 3 nuevos componentes multimaterial: dos componentes para el sector de la automoci\u00f3n y un componente para el sector aeron\u00e1utico.<\/p>\n<p>Estos nuevos componentes han permitido <strong>reducir el peso<\/strong> con respecto a los componentes convencionales de partida <strong>entre un 32 y un 45%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-556711793 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Demostradores-COMIC-TRL5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Demostradores-COMIC-TRL5.png 799w, https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Demostradores-COMIC-TRL5-300x133.png 300w, https:\/\/fagorarrasate.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Demostradores-COMIC-TRL5-768x340.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, los nuevos componentes ofrecen mejoras de las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas en general en los 3 casos de uso.<\/p>\n<p>A mayores, se han analizado el coste y la huella de carbono de los nuevos demostradores.<\/p>\n<p>De una forma m\u00e1s espec\u00edfica, las principales conclusiones que se pueden extraer de esta \u00faltima anualidad son:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACT1 &#8211; Espacio de datos embrionario para cadenas de valor de fabricaci\u00f3n multimaterial<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se ha demostrado que la arquitectura definida es adecuada para soportar escenarios de fabricaci\u00f3n flexible, permitiendo la explotaci\u00f3n conjunta de datos de diferentes procesos y sentando las bases para funcionalidades avanzadas de an\u00e1lisis, simulaci\u00f3n y apoyo a la toma de decisiones en fases posteriores del proyecto.<\/li>\n<li>Se ha garantizado la localizaci\u00f3n, comprensi\u00f3n y reutilizaci\u00f3n de datos generados por distintos Gemelos Digitales, superando la fragmentaci\u00f3n t\u00edpica de los sistemas industriales y facilitando su explotaci\u00f3n conjunta en escenarios de operaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y optimizaci\u00f3n, de cara a disponer de gemelos digitales de car\u00e1cter predictivo y prescriptivo, en l\u00ednea con los objetivos del proyecto y los principios de Industria 4.0.<\/li>\n<li>Se han validado los componentes del sistema (FIWARE, Keyrock, Wilma, IoT Agents, OpenMetadata, protocolos OPC UA\/MQTT), confirmando que funcionan de forma segura, interoperable y conforme a los requisitos definidos en los distintos casos de uso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACT2 \u2013 Nuevos conceptos de componentes multimaterial<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se han validado los modelos espec\u00edficos de la uni\u00f3n multimaterial del UC3 para ser incorporados en los modelos desarrollados con anterioridad para poder analizar el sistema completo.<\/li>\n<li>Se han validado los nuevos conceptos de dise\u00f1o de los componentes multi-material TRL4, que se fabricaron y ensayaron en actividades posteriores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACT3 &#8211; Nuevos procesos altamente flexibles para fabricaci\u00f3n multimaterial<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se ha procedido a dar soporte mediante tareas de simulaci\u00f3n a la fabricaci\u00f3n de los componentes.<\/li>\n<li>Se han validado en entorno de laboratorio (TRL4) los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n establecidos con anterioridad para la obtenci\u00f3n de los nuevos componentes en los 3 de casos de uso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACT4 &#8211; Estrategias digitales para una fabricaci\u00f3n flexible y cero defectos<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se han desarrollado los gemelos digitales de los diferentes procesos de producci\u00f3n, definiendo flujos de datos y tecnolog\u00edas que permiten su implementaci\u00f3n, y definiendo con mayor precisi\u00f3n aquellos aspectos relativos a su implementaci\u00f3n. El sistema completo ha sido testeado como testbed funcional, demostrando la circulaci\u00f3n de datos desde dispositivos f\u00edsicos reales hasta aplicaciones consumidoras como cuadros de mando, m\u00f3dulos anal\u00edticos y servicios de Gemelo Digital.<\/li>\n<li>Se han desarrollado moldes de fabricaci\u00f3n de partes de los componentes de los 3 casos de uso. Los moldes incluyen sens\u00f3rica embebida que ha permitido captar informaci\u00f3n relevante de los procesos a fin de minimizar los tiempos de optimizaci\u00f3n de los mismos.<\/li>\n<li>Se han desarrollado y aplicado con \u00e9xito t\u00e9cnicas de control de calidad NDT, tanto superficiales como volum\u00e9tricas en los 3 casos de uso.<\/li>\n<li>Se ha aplicado con \u00e9xito la IA en alguno de los procesos de control de calidad (UC1).<\/li>\n<li>Se ha dise\u00f1ado, implementado y validado con \u00e9xito en entorno de laboratorio una red de sensorizaci\u00f3n inal\u00e1mbrica industrial Plug&amp;Play, orientada a la digitalizaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y no intrusiva de l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n, demostrando su capacidad para digitalizar l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n reales de forma flexible, escalable y de bajo coste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ACT5 \u2013 Validaci\u00f3n de la fabricaci\u00f3n flexible y reconfigurable de nuevos componentes multimaterial \u2013 TRL5<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Se han validado los demostradores en un entorno TRL5, comprob\u00e1ndose su buen comportamiento mec\u00e1nico, tanto est\u00e1tico como din\u00e1mico.<\/li>\n<li>Se ha analizado el impacto de la fabricaci\u00f3n de los nuevos demostradores, analiz\u00e1ndose el peso en los mismos, las emisiones de CO2 asociadas a su fabricaci\u00f3n y su coste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FAGOR ARRASATE participa en este proyecto junto con DGH ROBOTICA, AUTOMATIZACION Y MANTENIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL, S.A., AUTOTECH ENGINEERING, S.L., SOFITEC AERO, S.L., INESPASA, ENDITY y MANAGING COMPOSITES, S.L.
