One of FAGOR ARRASATE's major commitments in terms of the development of new technologies is the lightening of vehicles. This is an area in which we have made great progress, such as the definition of a process called CRTM which involves composites reinforced with carbon fibres.
With regard to steel industry, we have achieved new developments in thick strip levellers or those designed for laser cutting, as well as various efficient technologies for stacking formats, both aluminium and steel.
Finally, for the home appliance sector we have developed the five-metre long interpolated folder as an alternative for manufacturing refrigerator cabinets.

The aim of ADVANCRTM is to generate expertise to design moulds and presses for the advanced compression resin transfer moulding (CRTM) process, with the potential to substantially reduce cycle time and cost adjustment in high performance composite manufacturing, and to push its physical and geometric limits.
Integral improvement of the chain of the DP1000 steel press bending process by means of innovative control techniques and adaptation of the residual tension to the thickness.
