For all of this ARRASATE integrates different technologies, such as, punching, fonding, profiling, welding, clinch fastening and others, together with their corresponding automatisms.
The biggest home appliance manufacturer in the US awarded ARRASATE an order for the supplying of an automatic system aimed to manufacture parts for cooking machines.
The line will produce side panels starting from pre-painted steel, galvanized cold rolled steel. As they are outer parts classified as Type A the care in the handling of the surface must be exquisite because no damage or mark is acceptable. The automatic manufacturing system from ARRASATE will produce a part every 12 seconds and includes operations of drawing, folding and punching. It is flexible so it can manufacture different models.
BSH Home Appliances Corporation selected ARRASATE to develop the project of a dishwasher outer door line to be installed in the United States. At the time of awarding the project, the German manufacturer opted for the technological advantages of ARRASATE’s solution, which offers a cycle time of 8 sec/piece, an automatic adjustment system and a quick change of tools that will enable the manufacture of different components on a single line. The award comes after the successful experience of recent projects in Turkey and Poland.
Vestfrost opened a facility at Csongrád (Hungary) equipped with one of our lines. It’s a fully automated and highly flexible line that produces different parts for commercial refrigerators.
