The production process automatically performs the notching and punching operations, as well as the bending phase.
This process is carried out by means of interpolated and/or tangential servo bending machines, which perform the different sections of the profile of the parts.
The line can be complemented with the inclusion of a station for laser marking of the protective film on the sheet to facilitate its later removal.
Moreover, there is the possibility of adding an automatic section to the line to assemble the sides (right + left cover) and/or other required parts.
For the loading it has 4 carts for the different parts, and it is also designed to work different types of materials.
