The line is completely electric, without hydraulic systems, and has different automatisms that offer high productivity combined with great flexibility to change production easily and quickly. The production starts from pre-cut blanks and performs the notching and punching operations before carrying out the longitudinal and transversal bending process by means of interpolated folding machines. At the end of the line there is an automatic robotized station for sealing the front and rear top corners.
Compared to standard press brakes thanks to very short cycle times of 10 seconds.
No need to handle parts from one machine to another, all necessary operations are performed on a single line.
Flexibility to add new models when needed.
Fast changeover from one model to another and in fully automatic mode.
No hydraulic systems. Greater control, lower consumption and no oil management required.
