Would you like to know what the selection process is like at FAGOR ARRRASATE when we incorporate new people into our team?
Sign up for the vacancy that suits you best. On our website you will find all active vacancies, as well as a job board where you can leave your application on file for future processes.
Once registration is complete and the application period is closed, professionals from the Personnel Department will compile an initial selection of profiles that best fit our needs. If your application has been short-listed, we will contact you.
The interview, which can be either in person or online, will involve a technician from the Personnel Department and the person who could become your manager. We will have the opportunity to get to know each other and both your professional and personal skills will be evaluated. In order to evaluated your profile more completely, we will ask you to fill in some questionnaires that you will receive via email.
Once all the applications have been assessed, we will contact you to let you know whether or not you have been selected.
If you have been selected, you will become part of a team of people who make up FAGOR ARRASATE. At that time, you will receive more information regarding arrangements for your welcome process.
If you have not been selected, it means that, on this occasion, another candidate has been judged more suited to our needs. You may be selected on a future occasion, therefore we will save your data and consider you for future selection processes.
