THE CHALLENGE
The customer needed production lines capable of combining productivity, flexibility and reliability in order to supply different manufacturing plants around the world. The goal was not only to produce more, but to do so with a stable, standardized process prepared to manufacture different structural shelving components, such as beams and uprights, with high levels of precision and operational continuity.
In addition, for a global industrial network, having international technical service and local response capability was a key requirement.
