CUSTOMER CHALLENGE
A leading customer in the racking and industrial shelving sector needed a high-production line for manufacturing TB beams, capable of combining robustness, productivity and operational flexibility.
The main challenge of the project was to develop an installation capable of processing different coil widths and thicknesses, while maintaining the precision, process stability and high quality standards required for this type of structural component.
In addition, the manufacturing of TB beams required the integration of an in-line spot welding system, a key element to guarantee the structural strength of the final product and ensure continuous, efficient and reliable production.
