FAGOR ARRASATE HELD TWO SYMPOSIUMS, ONE AT QUERÉTARO UNIVERSITY IN MEXICO AND ANOTHER AT GREAT WALL MOTORS IN CHINA.
As part of our global strategies to introduce the latest developments in stamping technology to our customers, FAGOR ARRASATE organized two symposiums, one in Mexico and another in China. Following the success of the previous editions of FAGOR ARRASATE's symposiums, these two events left no-one disappointed.
In May 2016, our Mexican customers shared their technical information and expertise related to the stamping industry at the conference held at Mondragón UCO University in Querétaro. With many successful projects already in the Mexican Automotive Market, FAGOR ARRASATE has committed to establish itself with its own Sales and Service support facility which is planned to have up to 10 ex-pats from its corporate headquarters in Mondragon Spain. It is intended that this facility will be responsible not only for the domestic Mexican market but also NAFTA. To address this goal, as Mexican Sales Director Koldo Gorostiza describes it, "The main goal of the symposium has been to inform the Mexican market of FAGOR ARRASATE's intention to expand its SERVICE in Mexico".
The unique aspect of the Great Wall Motors Symposium in China was its ‘in-house’ format, which meant that the conference was prepared ad hoc for the customer and held at their facilities. "It was a complete success in terms of building customer loyalty and understanding," said Chinese Sales Director Jon Larrea. "The multidisciplinary team (Sales, Quality, Engineering and Technical Support) we brought over from Spain provided technical answers to questions, which strengthened our relationship with the customer," added Mr. Larrea. It was yet another step towards providing closer attention to our customers.
