Changchun Automotive Press Part Co. Ltd. Awards FAGOR ARRASATE with an order

Chinese Changchun Automotive Press Part Co. Ltd. has ordered a new transfer press from FAGOR ARRASATE. The new machine will have a capacity of 1600 Tons and the size of the working area will be pretty big: 6100 x 2400 mm. it will be a link drive press. The stroke of the machine will be 600 mm while the Shut Height will be 1200 mm. The available energy will be 400 KJ and the speed will go from 10 to 30 spm. The moving bolster can move dies of 45 tons.

The press is equipped with an electronic transfer from FAGOR, model CNC6, capable of moving parts in 1200 pitches and lifting motions of 300 mm. Additionally, the press is equipped with a blank destacker located at the entry side of the installation able to handle parts of 1850 x 800 mm, 4 mm in thickness and 30 kg in weight.

The control is based on a powerful PLC and integrates transfer programming, press monitoring, load monitoring, self diagnosis and ability to future level 2.In the picture one moment of the signing ceremony
