COMPOSITES Open House. Success of the Open Houses held by Fagor Arrasate

FAGOR ARRASATE Customers interested in our SMC equipment for COMPOSITES have had the opportunity to see part of the equipment operating. It is the SMC’s automatic cutting and uncoiling machine.
The equipment has been fully operational in our facilities of Zamudio and has provided our customers with the opportunity of carrying out customized cutting operations for each of them. Customers have been able to request for the material cutting operations in accordance with their requirements and check ‘in situ’ the recipes we have generated for them.

One step further on our promotion of Equipment for Composites material, which we have been working with since 1994. The first equipment was created for the electric sector by other firm which nowadays belongs to Fagor Arrasate. A team was created 5 years ago for the development of the Composites equipment dedicated to the automotive sector. Currently, FAGOR ARRASATE develops the new HCL equipment, from which benefits such as the built-in Parallelism Control, energy consumptions and reduced height of presses as well as the fast closing speed should be particularly noteworthy.
