FAGOR ARRASATE IS AWARDED WITH A VERY IMPORTANT ORDER FROM GESTAMP TO BE INSTALLED IN ITS FACTORY IN RUSSIA

GESTAMP AUTOMOCION, one of the main stampers of the world and a state-of-the-art reference in the stamping sector, has awarded FAGOR ARRASATE with a multimillion very important order to design and supply two robotized tandem press lines  that will be installed in the factory that GESTAMP has in Russia, not far from Moscow.

First, FAGOR will supply a G1type robotized press line that includes a head link drive press of 2000 ton of capacity and bolster’s dimensions of 4500 x 2400 mm. This powerful machine is equipped with an intelligent electronic CNC cushion of 600 ton of capacity and tailored pressure with eight driving points. This line also includes 5 single action presses of 1000 ton each one and a size of 4500 x 2300 mm. All these presses are equipped with systems for the quick change of dies through moving bolsters and quick clamps. The head press also includes a micro-inch system for the powerful adjustment of the dies.

Second line is a G2 type robotized press line  that includes a head link drive press of 1500 ton and dimensions of the bolster of 3350 x 2300 mm. It also has, similarly to the line n.1, an intelligent CNC cushion of 300 ton and eight driving points. Following this head press, 5 single action presses will be installed , each one having a capacity of 630 ton and a bolster’s dimensions of 3350 x 2130 mm. Obviously, also in this tandem line the dies can be changed automatically and quickly .
