FAGOR ARRASATE IS AWARDED WITH AN ORDER FROM SALZGITTER

Big German Steel Maker SALZGITTER has awarded FAGOR ARRASATE with an order to design and supply a complete packaging line for blank’s bundles of very thick blanks. Specifically, these blanks can be up to 2100 mm in width, 16 mm in thickness and 16 meters in length forming bundles that can weigh 7.5 ton each one.
The line allows the automatic banding of the bundles, both longitudinally and transversally, as well as its total plastic wrapping in automatic devices, the positioning of the timber forming the pallets, location of protecting covers, weighing and labeling of the products.

FAGOR packaging lines guarantee a huge increment of productivity because the current Cut-to-length lines have a big output and it is the logistic around them what becomes a bottle neck.
