FAGOR ARRASATE WILL INSTALL A CUT-TO-LENGTH LINE FOR ALUMINIUM IN MAIN ALUMINIUM PRODUCER IN CHINA

One of the Chinese main aluminum producers, which is present in the Shanghai Stock Exchange and with delegations in countries as USA, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong. He has relied on Fagor Arrassate for his new transversal cutting line to process aluminum for its central plant.

The line will process aluminum with qualities 1xxx, 2xxx, 3xxx, 4xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx and 8xxx from 0.5 to 4 mm thickness and width from 1000 to 2650 mm. The processing speed will reach 80m / min thanks to the rotooscilanting shear that incorporates the line.

The installation has a stacker specifically design for handling high quality aluminum and will get packages of up to 16 Tons.

For Fagor Arrasate this new installation is a great success and a step forward in the consolidation strategy as a benchmark in cutting and processing lines in the demanding and booming world of aluminum.
