Fagor Arrasate event: TWO NEW BLANKING LINES FOR BAOSTEEL

Fagor Arrasate will manufacture and supply two new blanking lines for BAOSTEEL  in China, particularly for its facilities in Yantai and Ningbo. Negotiations were held in the central headquarters of the giant Chinese steel maker by Victor Esteban and Fran Chi. These two new blanking lines  will manufacture parts aimed to build vehicles starting for steel strip of high resistance in widths of 2000 mm and thickness up to 3.2 mm. Coils will weigh 25 ton in one line and 28 ton in the other. The cut blanks can reach 4300 mm in length. In one location the press will have a capacity of 800 ton while in the other will have a capacity of 630 ton. The press blanking lines will have levelers with automatic change of cartridges, a lateral electromagnetic stacker and a front stacker. Moreover, a swinging die to cut trapezoids will be installed.
