WHIRLPOOL AWARDS FAGOR ARRASARE WITH AN ORDER

The biggest home appliance manufacturer in the US has awarded FAGOR ARRASATE with a new order for the supplying of an automatic system aimed to manufacture parts for the new catalogue of cooking machines. 13 years ago Fagor supplied Whirlpool some special lines for manufacturing parts for cooking machines to be installed in Whirlpool facility in Mexico. These lines have worked so successfully all over those years that the great American manufacturer has again trusted on us for developing the new ULTRA COOKER models.

The line will manufacture side panels starting from pre-painted steel, galvanized cold rolled steel. As they are outer parts classified as Type A the care of the surface must be exquisite because no damage or mark is acceptable. The automatic manufacturing system from FAGOR will make a part every 12 seconds and include operations of drawing, folding and punching. It is flexible so it can manufacture different models.
