WISCO AWARDS FAGOR ARRASATE WITH AN ORDER TO SUPPLY A NEW PRESS BLANKING LINE

Fagor Arrasate has been awarded with an order to supply a press blanking line to WISCO, in China. The new line will be able to process steel parts aimed to the automotive industry starting from coils of up to 2080 mm and thickness up to 4 mm, including high strengths steels. The coils can weigh up to 30 ton.

The line includes coil loading, automatic uncoiler, peeler, pinch rolls, leveler with quick change of rolls, washing machine, cyclical feeding rolls, loop, mechanical press and electromagnetic stacker. The press itself has a capacity of 8000 KN and bolster’s dimensions of 5000 x 2650 mm. The stroke of this press reaches 1300 mm. Moreover, there is a swinging die to cut trapezoidal blanks. The whole line can run at 90m/min and 65 gpm.

This type of lines can be also supplied with servopress.
