Word’s First SERVOMECHANICAL HOT STAMPING Press ready for production in June 2016

FAGOR ARRASATE applies the Servo-mechanical Press technology-SPT– to Hotforming production machines. In order to make this servo press into a reality  FAGOR ARRASATE has patented FORCE CONTROL SYSTEM.
The Mechanical ServoPress enables higher speeds with lower energy consumption than Hydraulic Presses have used until now.
The main features of this system are:
• LARGE Dimensions: 1500t, 3600×2500 table
• MULTILEVEL furnace
• Automatic Feeding System
This first machine of its type in the world forms part of the new Hot Forming Technology Centre, which FAGOR ARRASATE will make available to its customers in the near future. This centre will provide the opportunity to carry out die testing and the manufacture of pre-series.
