Electromagnetic stackers are only used with magnetic materials. Our electromagnetic stackers, achieve the highest quality of stacking and are especially suitable for outdoor parts in the automotive or aerospace industry, as well as for thin and medium thickness and high cadence, being able to process formats with coating.
Its usual working process is in Start-Stop mode and it can reach stacking rates of up to 100 pieces per minute, allowing continuous work as well.
Depending on the type of installation and process, line speeds of up to 120 m/min and stacker speeds of up to 200 m/min are allowed, as well as stop-before-dropping operation so that the formats being stacked never hit the stops, stopping before they are released by falling completely vertically. This ensures that the edges are not damaged and that, for example, the laser welding is of high quality.
Our electromagnetic stacker is capable of processing a wide range of materials up to 8mm thick.
