Line for the manufacture of fire doors

An automatic and flexible line for the manufacture of fire doors starting from properly cut, punched and folded blanks.

The line is composed, among other stations, of:

• Reception bench and cover centring
• Reception bench and cover centring
• Long side roll forming
• Short side roll forming
• Output and tilting table with pneumatic storage bed
