Line for the manufacture of sliding doors

Line for the manufacture of “U” and “C” profiles used in the installation of sliding doors. This is a simple line for the manufacture of a wide variety of models with manual changes and some cassettes for the higher production models.

The line is composed, among other stations, of:

• Unwinder
• Roll forming machine
• Length cutting system using flying shears
