A stamping system with two concatenated presses sold

The first press will have a capacity of 1600 Tons while the second will be of 1000 Tons. Bolsters of both machines will have a dimension of 4500 x 2500 mm. Stroke will be 630 mm and Slide’s adjustment will be 250 mm. The presses can run up to 30 spm.

For the quick change of dies, each press has two moving bolsters able to move dies of 40 tons.

For transferring the parts, each press is equipped with an electronic transfer. The pitch is variable from 0 to 1000 mm and the lifting motion is 200 mm. These transfers can move 100 kg. For passing parts from the first to the second press there is a shuttle with a maximum stroke of 2860 mm. Doing so, the part can be manufactured along a big number of steps what allows to make really complex parts.

The system has also a coil feeding line in front of it, able to handle coils up to 20 tons in strips of 1600 mm in width and 0.2 to 4 mm in thickness. The coil feeding line is of the compact type.
