BUSHAN ORDERS A HEAVY CUT TO LENGTH LINE FROM FAGOR ARRASATE

BUSHAN STEEL GLOBAL, from India, has awarded FAGOR ARRASATE with an order to supply a complete Cut-to-Length line  that will be installed in the factory that the steel maker has in Dubai.

This big and heavy line will process high strength steel, hot rolled, in thickness up to 16 mm and widths of 2000 mm. The coils can have a wide range of inner diameters with values of 610, 762 and 810 mm. The maximum weight of the coils can almost reach 40 ton. The line will process the material at 20 m/min and can cut blanks up to 12 meters in length.

In this Cut-to-Length line will be very important the flatness quality  . To do so, the line will include a heavy high range FAGOR leveler with two interchangeable cartridges to optimize the flatness quality in each range of thickness.
