LINE CAPACITY
Capable of processing coils with a width of 1250/1650 mm (approximately 49.2/65 inches), and a thickness range from 0.15 to 1 mm (0.0059 to 0.039 inches), allowing the handling of large volumes and a variety of electrical steel grades.
HIGH PROCESSING SPEED
Our line achieves speeds of up to 400 meters per minute (about 1312 feet per minute), enabling faster and more efficient production of electrical steel coils. TENSION UNIT WITH BELT BRIDLE INTEGRATION
We incorporate an innovative belt tension system, which automatically adjusts the pressure to accommodate variations in the thickness and shape of the electrical steel.
