  • We offer different solutions that allow doors to be produced one by one, 2 doors of the same format and sets of up to 4 doors starting from 4 different formats with model changes in cycle.
  • Among the different line options, there are solutions for automatic stacking, automatic component assembly, sealant application, dimensional part control.
  • Depending on the needs and preferences of the customer, we offer the possibility of forming profiles using roll forming, partial roll forming + 90º bending or interpolated bending.

FULLY ELECTRIC AUTOMATIC LINE FOR REFRIGERATOR SIDE PANELS: HIGH PRODUCTIVITY AND FLEXIBILITY

The line is completely electric, without hydraulic systems, and has different automatisms that offer high productivity combined with great flexibility to change production easily and quickly. The production starts from pre-cut blanks and performs the notching and punching operations before carrying out the longitudinal and transversal bending process by means of interpolated folding machines. At the end of the line there is an automatic robotized station for sealing the front and rear top corners.
