Automatic End Of Line (Eol)

For high-speed press lines

The End-of-Line module automates part extraction from the last press and their orderly placement onto the conveyor, ensuring a stable transition to downstream process stages.

Designed for high-speed press lines, it positions parts on the belt for ergonomic pick-up while protecting the geometric integrity and surface quality of every part. The result is a continuous, reliable flow that integrates seamlessly with manual or automatic stacking solutions as well as quality control.

End of line

Your challenges and how we solve them

  • The unloading system extracts parts automatically from the last press and places them in an orderly, easy-to-handle position on the conveyors, maintaining continuous flow toward the next process stages.
  • Controlled handling and stable, properly oriented deposition on the belt preserve the geometric integrity and surface quality of every part.
