Tooling changeover (CFW and FW)
Both the Centering FeederWave (CFW) and the FeederWave (FW) are designed for automatic tooling changeover. The changeover is carried out using a double trolley or two single trolleys; in other words, either one trolley with two tooling sets or two trolleys, each with one tooling set. These trolleys move to the center of the line so that the CFW/FW can leave and/or pick up the tooling.Once the tooling is outside the line, it can be manually removed from or mounted onto the tooling carrier frame, preparing it for the next part. This is an easy-to-perform process that provides the line with a high degree of flexibility.
