Combining knowledge of different technologies and materials, at ARRASATE we are capable of delivering a turnkey project. Thus, we can manufactur all the components included in the process of stamping the parts for household appliances, from the press feed, the press, the transfer and the dies.

We offer a 100% ARRASATE solution, with a single control architecture for the entire line, optimizing all manufacturing and maintenance operations. Transfer presses were developed as a solution for the manufacture of components in a fully automated manner, with no need for labor to move the parts into the successive dies that shape the piece. The heart of the installation is the transfer, which moves the pieces from one station to the next to perform the successive operations necessary for the forming of the piece with the press working in continuous mode. ARRASATE´s own electronic transfers achieve the best dynamic performance, increasing the cadence and improving productivity. To optimize the interference curves between press and transfer, as well as to offer the necessary support to avoid unwanted interference at the die design stage, we have designed the SYNCRO software. This tool for the transfer system allows to optimize the synchronism between press and transfer in order to achieve the highest processing speed.
Flexcell, our transfer press tandem line
ARRASATE’s FlexCell transfer solution increases the range of parts that can be produced in lines of transfer presses. Basically, it is made of 2 transfer presses that are able to run as a unique working cell (synchronized presses) or as two independent presses. Simply select the operating mode in the HMI and the line will be ready to work in synchronization, or as two different presses in a completely automatic mode. This feature allows flexibility for production managers while saving investment and maintenance costs and space.
The technical features of hydraulic presses guarantee the quality of certain complicated parts, either because of their geometry, the hardness of the steel used, the process -, the material required, etc., which makes them ideal in many cases. Together with the customer, we can analyze requirements and propose the best investment, also taking into account future forecasts.
